What’s New Wednesday: July

I had mentioned a while back that I would be a vendor at the Mad Monster Party Horror Convention in Glendale, AZ. This was on July 4th weekend, and I had a blast. I got to meet some celebrities and I sold some books. With this being the third time I’ve sold books at a convention, I think I have a nice base line for how much I’ll sell each time. That’s some valuable information for people on a budget. I made many new friends as well. Some I know I’ll see at next year’s convention and some I may see at other conventions.

Speaking of other conventions, I’m working on the paperwork for YumaCon. This is the comic convention in Yuma, AZ. This convention will be on October 2 and 3 this year. This convention is managed by City of Yuma officials which means there’s more paperwork. I’m awaiting answers to some questions before I can move forward. This convention will help me verify the base line of sales I mentioned earlier. I plan to debut a couple new bookmarks at this convention as well. If you didn’t already know, I sell bookmarks too.

I never did an official product launch for my bookmarks, but I intend to as I roll out new designs. At the Mad Monster Party convention, I showed of my spooky collection of bookmarks. These are all Halloween themed and you can purchase them in my Shop if you’re interested. If you want to get the latest updates regarding what’s new or coming soon, be sure to sign up for my email newsletter and get a free eBook in the first email after you verify your email address.
