Throwback Thursday Poetry: Happiness and Hatred

Hate filling my blood and bones
the hate keeps me so alone
anger for things i don’t understand
Anger’s the only friend i have
no compassion for other’s or myself
no compassion from anyone else

to see so much Happiness all around
to wonder if your share is underground
the friendships never last anymore
lasting forever in the days of yore
one seeks out friendships but is denied
how do you make friends if others don’t try

Hate and Happiness work side by side
just like Humility and Pride
what’s in a life if it hasn’t been shared
what’s in a life if nobody cares
caring for others who share their life
but sharing yours is something they don’t like

Throwback Thursday Poetry: Moonlit Serenade

the skies are black with clouds thick and white
twinkling white dots scatter the top
upon the earth the Beams shine so bright
a Moonlit Serenade plays tonight
sounds of sirens echo through the air
caused by the large full Orb in the sky
there is a Cleanliness with each breath
the Music that the city conducts
is heard by Luna in her white tux
the Dreamland some begin to spectate
it lasts only a moment in time
this Moonlit Serenade in the sky
but Luna will always remember
when she went for a dance in the night
