In less happy news, I submitted my collection of poetry to the Pulitzer Prize. Winners and finalists were announced yesterday, and I was not among them. I can still say I tried and will continue writing poetry. Unfortunately, I was sidetracked by so many things that I was not able to writer one poem every day in the month of April. Perhaps I’ll get it done next year.
I’ve decided to continue with posting poetry twice a week from this month forward. It keeps content on my site fresh and so far, folks have really enjoyed it.
