Tuesday Poetry: The Trembling

Heart beats faster
Hands and arms trembling
Nothing triggered you
You’re just there
Sitting quietly
Silently suffering
Instinct says to run
Get away from everyone
Even in solitude
The trembling persists

From the poetry collection Cats, Coffee, Catharsis.
